About us
Zenshin was founded in 2013 on the belief in serving food from the heart in a warm, welcoming environment. We strive to offer every guest a feeling of Aloha and we invite all of our guests to be part of our Ohana. The owner and founder, Chef Terence Fong, firmly believes in giving back to the community and serving our guests with gratitude and humility.
From the Zenshin sushi bar, we serve a wide variety of sashimi, nigari, and sushi rolls featuring our famous 8 Second Bull Ride, Tuna Fever, and Jack Pot Rolls. Can't decide on just one item? Choose from one of our Sashimi Samplers, Chirashi Boxes, or Sushi Combinations to satisfy your undecided palate. In addition to sushi, you can enjoy our most delectable appetizers, soups, bowls, noodles and entrees such as Ahi Poke Tostadas, Oxtail Soup, Braised Beef short Ribs, Miso Marinated Black Cod, and traditional Sukiyaki. Make certain to save room for Chef Terence's famous Signature Malassados for dessert!
